Ed Bussey Founder & CEO

Ed began his career in the Royal Navy, followed by a number of security and counter-terrorism roles with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office diplomatic service. Ed was part of the founding team and Global Marketing Director of online clothing retailer Figleaves.com – which was acquired by N Brown Plc. – and then Chief Operating Officer at ZYB, which was acquired by Vodafone Plc. Ed has also held a number of non-executive director and advisory roles, including PCCW (Hong Kong), Secret Sales, Evans Cycles and Mr & Mrs Smith Boutique Hotels.

Michael Houlihan COO

Michael joined Quill from Reevoo where he held both Chief Strategy and Chief Operating Officer roles. He has a passion for problem-solving and strong experience in rapid growth and scaling businesses. Before joining Reevoo, Michael was a Strategy Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, prior to which he studied in New York.

Wulfric Light-Wilkinson Chief Commercial Officer

Wulfric joined Quill from Forward3D, where he held positions on the executive team and Board, whilst running the sales and marketing teams globally as Commercial Director and Vice President, Sales. He has a rich digital background spanning affiliate, search and social media disciplines. Prior to Forward3D, Wulfric was Business Development Director at digital performance agency Found.

Juan Pablo Dama CFO

Juan Pablo joined Quill from FON, where he held the Head of Finance post. With over 15 years of financial and operating experience, he is passionate about technology and building disruptive business models. Before joining FON, Juan Pablo was a Financial Analyst at Yahoo! and studied at the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid.

Formerly CEO of advertising agency, BBH (Bartle Bogle Hegarty), Gwyn was appointed Chairman in 2015, bringing almost three decades of creative experience to Quill.
