Quill Founder & CEO wins ‘Disruptor of the Year’ at UK Tech Founder Awards
We are delighted to announce that Ed Bussey, Quill Founder and CEO, has been named ‘Disruptor of the Year’ at the BMW i UK Tech Founder Awards 2018.
The award, announced Tuesday 27th at London’s Bloomsbury Big Top, rewards the UK founder that “best demonstrates how they have successfully and dramatically disrupted their industry”.
An entrepreneur since his time at Cambridge University, Ed went on to become part of the founding team and Global Marketing Director of early online fashion retailer figleaves.com. There, he experienced first-hand an emerging ecommerce challenge: as product ranges grew exponentially, consumers began to feel overwhelmed by choice, leading to falling conversion rates in some categories.
