Quill’s 2020 highlights: record client satisfaction and revenues

As 2020 draws to a close and we prepare for a fresh new year, it’s the ideal opportunity to share some of Quill’s highlights from the last 12 months.

2020 will surely remain unforgettable for us all. Yet despite the year’s challenges, some light has certainly emerged at the end of the tunnel, particularly for the ecommerce sector. At Quill, with our focus on improving our clients’ ecommerce performance, we are proud to have achieved our highest ever client satisfaction scores this year, alongside record revenue numbers and industry recognition for the role we’ve played in M&S’s digital transformation in particular.

We have also benefited from an ever-closer collaboration with global digital marketing leader, Jellyfish, and look forward to building upon this partnership in the year ahead.
